Step One

Send us an email holidays@riversidepark.biz or call us on +44(0) 1202 471090 to confirm availability.

Step Two:

Once you have provisionally reserved the dates you require, download the reservation form below and return it to me with the relevant deposit, an invoice will then be raised for payment 30 days before arrival.  Payments can be made by Bacs, our bank details are on the Reservation Form or below under Conditions of Reservation, please use as reference your surname and date of arrival. Alternatively payment can be made with either a credit/debit card, please telephone 01202 471090 with your card details.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

1,      A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. If for whatever reason a cancellation is made after the balance has been paid, the balance will only be refunded if the house is re-let, less the deposit.  Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.  For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

2.      All payments are to be made 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday.      Cheques are to be made payable to Paddlegrade Limited.  Credit / Debit cards are accepted please call 01202 471090 with your card details.  If you would like to pay by bank transfer Account Name: Paddlegrade Ltd, sort code 20-43-47, account number 70699012 reference your surname and date of arrival.

3.      Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless    otherwise arranged.

4.       Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Please  leave the accommodation as clean as possible.  If you have made use of any further service for which payment has not been made during your holiday, we will provide you with an invoice which is payable on departure.

5.       All the houses at Riverside Park are let on a holiday basis only. No one has the right to remain after the duration of their holiday.

6.      All our houses are STRICTLY NON SMOKING, smoking is permitted on the gravel area by the river only.

7.      We regret that parties of young, single persons will not be accepted.

8.      Only those persons named on their Reservation form are to stay at the properties.

9.      No one except the named occupants can use the accommodation or amenities without prior permission of the owners.

10.     Dogs or any other pets are NOT allowed at Riverside Park under any circumstances.

11.     No ball games / kite flying etc. are to be played on the upper grass / garden areas.

12.     Radios and Televisions are to be used with consideration for other occupants.

13.     Pontoons are for the use of berth holders only. No access to holiday residents.

14.     Cars, bikes, boats and trailers are left at their owner’s risk.  No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for loss or damage to property brought on to the premises and are relieved of all liability for accident to any person however caused or sustained.

15.      If any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to other tenants the management will take whatever action they consider necessary.

16.     Online bookings made via Eviivo – full payment is taken in advance at the time of booking.
