Step One
Send us an email holidays@riversidepark.biz or call us on +44(0) 1202 471090 to confirm availability.
Step Two:
Once you have provisionally reserved the dates you require, download the reservation form below and return it to me with the relevant deposit, an invoice will then be raised for payment 30 days before arrival.

Conditions Of Reservation
- 1. All units within the complex are hired on the basis that they are for holiday use only and no right to remain in the accommodation beyond the booked period exists.
- 2. All units are STRICTLY NON SMOKING
- 3. We regret parties of young single persons will not be accepted.
- 4. Bookings will only be for persons shown on the Reservation form.
- 5. No one except the named occupants can use the accommodation or amenities without prior permission of the management.
- 6. Dogs or any other pets are not allowed in the Riverside Park Holiday Complex under any circumstances.
- 7. Ball games and kite flying are not permitted in the garden area.
- 8. Radios and Televisions are to be used with consideration for other occupants.
- 9. Pontoons are for the use of berth holders only.
- 10. Cars, boats and trailers are left at the owner’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for loss or damage to property brought on to the premises and are relieved of all liability for accident to any person however caused or sustained.
- 11. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made after the balance has been paid this can only be refunded if the unit is re-let. We recommend that Holiday Insurance be taken.
- 12. If any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to other tenants the management will take whatever action they consider necessary.
- 13. We require the units to be left clean and tidy – any breakage’s replaced or paid for.
- 14. Units must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- 15. Units will not be available until 2.30p.m. on the day of arrival. Arrivals after 5.00p.m to make prior arrangements.
- 16. Online bookings made via Eviivo – full payment is taken in advance at the time of booking.
